I have a plugin that I created in the Sametime Connect Client that works like a charm. I'd like to port that plugin to the Sametime interface in Lotus Notes 8 Beta 3.

I've copied the feature folder from c:\program files\ibm\samtime connect to the feature folder under \lotus\notes\framework\eclipse AND I've copied the .jar files into all the plugin folders under lotus notes. Didn't work.

Is there an easier way to install sametime plugins inside the Lotus Notes 8 Beta 3 Sametime client?
